Coping cards were designed to help those suffering from anxiety. They can be used to supplement therapy or maintain mental wellness at home. These can also be used in your therapy practice with your clients (not editable, however).

There are 4 categories of cards on each page:

– Anxiety-relieving activities (Quick activities you can do when experiencing anxiety)
– Calming affirmations (Affirmations are great for mental health and meditation)
– Journal prompts (Journaling is one of the best things you can do for your mental health)
– Anxiety education (Facts about anxiety to help you understand it better)

Details:

– 40 Cards total, 4 on each page (10 pages)
– Each card has a different image of flowers or a beautiful nature scene.
– Images are in 330 dpi for good quality. Colors may vary according to your printer.
– Each card is 4 3/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide. Can also be printed slightly smaller or larger if you prefer (adjusting your printer settings).
– Each page is 8.5 X 11 inches (Standard American Letter size, similar to A4 International)
